Add and trim the music file in PowerPoint

• Please, how do you get a trimmed audio song to play throughout the slide show? Have added the music file and trimmed it but it plays from the start of the song and not the start where i trimmed it?? i'm sure its simple but can't seem to do!!!

Well, maybe you haven't click OK after setting the beginning and the ending of the embedded audio.
I have tried once following the steps below. The trimmed music was played normally.
