Answer

ZTE Score doesn't support office. So, you need to convert powerpoint to the file which ZTE Score supports, such as image, or video.

Save PowerPoint as Image:

1. Click the File tab.

2. Click Save As, and then in the Save as type list, select the graphics file format that you want.

In the File name box, type a new name for the document, or do nothing to accept the suggested file name.

3. Click Save.

You can also convert PowerPoint to MP4 which video format ZTE Score supports.
