Convert movies from FLV to MP4

• I have been trying allll day to convert movies from FLV to MP4 so I can put them on my iPod Touch. But unsuccessed. SOS?

Movies downloaded from internet are always in flash video format(.flv). If you want to convert those movies from flv to mp4 to play them on more devices, such as apple devices, please refer to this guide How to Convert FLV to MP4 to find the way.
