1. Open Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 program.
2. Click on Insert tab and then click Video option.
3. To insert video from web site, click ‘Video from website’ option. Use ‘Video from file’ option to insert video from your files stored on the computer.

1. On the Insert tab, under Media Clips, and then click Movie.
2. Click the video you want to use and then click OK.

Step 1: On the Insert tab, point to Movies and Sounds, and then click Movie from File.
Step 2: Select the movie file in the Insert Movie dialog box, and then click the OK button.
